The middle level has a private master suite with queen bed, and an additional bunk room with a twin over queen, and two additional single beds for plenty of sleeping space. The middle level has two additional bedrooms one with a queen and the other with a queen and a toddler bed. This home is perfect for those that need sleeping space- bed space for 12 + toddler bed. Great Topsail Beach location- short 1 block walk to the beach access and across the street from the sound access for swimming or kayak access (bring your own kayak), and beautiful sunset views across the sound. Easy walk or bike ride to downtown Topsail Beach for restaurants, shops, and pier. Easy walk to the public boat launch. Room to park up to 4 cars and covered area under the house.
