We're a short walk to nearby restaurants, upscale grocery market, multiplex theater, bank, post office, schools, medical offices, a beautiful park with tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, picnic shelters, and extensive walking/biking trails.We're only a10 minute drive to the many and diverse Chapel Hill Franklin St and Carrboro Main St restaurants and shops , the beautiful University of North Carolina campus, with its world class hospitals, Smith Center, UNC’s basketball facility, among the most recognized athletic venues in America, 50,000 capacity Kenan Football Stadium, among the most beautiful stadiums in the country, and Fetzer Field, home to the Carolina men’s and women’s soccer, lacrosse, track and field teams. Durham, Duke University, NC State-Raleigh and Research Triangle Park, "Silicon Valley" of the southeast, are easy commutes and RDU airport is only a 25 minute drive..
