Our family has lived here for 50 plus years and we have been an integral part of the community since 1969. Our house is centrally located in historic downtown Swansboro, within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is a short drive to beautiful local Crystal Coast beaches. If you’re looking for the full Swansboro and Crystal Coast experience, this is the place for y’all. A spacious 3 bedroom and 1 full bathroom open concept house that sleeps six people comfortably. Great room, dining room and full kitchen with a shared laundry room. A large front porch to enjoy the day along with a grill and outdoor seating. It is within walking distance to downtown Historic Swansboro that has many choices of restaurants, bars, and shopping. A short drive to the amazing Crystal Coast beaches. A fabulous vacation spot!This is a “ duplex rental home”. There is an additional 1 bedroom, 1 full bath rental located in the back with separate entrance. No living spaces are shared in exception for the laundry facilities that are on a scheduled time for each rental with separate entry. Also displaying original, stunning artwork from local artists that is available for purchase!
