It has fresh paint and furnishings throughout and is well equipped for your convenience and comfort.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire house and 1/2 acre, with the exception of the outdoor shed and tractor located in the far corner.Other things to noteAlthough there is no direct access to New River from the house, there is plenty of room to park your boat and the NC Wildlife Boat Ramp is 1/2 mile down the street.
