Sale now on September and October dates! Completely renovated inside and out, posh, modern beachfront house with private, non-crowded beach since nearest public access is about a mile away. Open floor plan where the living room, dining, and kitchen all face the ocean. Every bedroom has oceanfront views as well. Enjoy the large porches, the upstairs porch from bedrooms has no stair access for increased safety. Sit on our comfy Adirondack chairs on the large main level porch to view sunrises, sunsets and the dolphins swimming by. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen for the traveling chef! There is a convection toaster oven/air fryer, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, rice cooker, and filtered ice and filtered water spout inside the fridge (plus an additional reverse osmosis filter to the fridge). Separate dining areas so you can use the smaller marble table as a kids’ table, dedicated game table, or work station. There is a desk in the master bedroom so you can zoom/work if needed. We are fully stocked with games and puzzles. There are even some beach chairs and boogie boards here for your use. Bring your own linens and towels or use Sweet Dreams Linen (they answer the phone 24/7!) for linen/towel delivery. The master bedroom has a king with a twin convertible chair for one. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. Lastly, a fun double twin over twin bunk room that sleeps 4 for the kids or kids at heart. Pillows and comforters provided. There is a double shower in the master bathroom and oversized tub in the upstairs bathroom with plenty of hooks for all the towels and swimsuits. There is an outdoor shower on the main deck to rinse off before heading into the house. The washer and dryer are a necessity to keep the laundry under control while on vacation. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping in Sneads Ferry within 5 min drive and is about 10-15 minutes from Surf City. Welcome sheet will be sent with property details and recommendations for restaurants and things to do while here! We provide hand soap and starter toilet paper in every bathroom, dish soap, trash bags dishwasher pods, sponge, and starter paper towel in the kitchen.
