The multiple screened porches and covered decks are ideal for maximizing indoor and outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops makes meal preparation a pleasure! An intimate breakfast table is complemented by bar seating and provides a more casual dining experience. There is also a formal dining area for family meals. The butler’s pantry is complete with a wet bar and ice maker.The large living area is furnished with comfortable furnishings that warmly welcome you to sit back and enjoy time together with loved ones. A large, covered porch off the living area showcases ocean views and makes a wonderful, shaded spot to unwind after a long day of fun in the sun. There is a separate media room off the main living area which adds to the spacious feel of this lovely home. A half bathroom in the hallway makes for added convenience for guests and visitors. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4-6 vehicles depending on size. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
