Its nearly 800 sq. ft. roof top deck overlooks Banks Channel providing unparalleled views of the island while only being steps to the beach.Everything from the sheets, shampoo, flower arrangements and coffee have been articulately chosen and locally sourced when possible.The Space:The original Wrightsville Beach Abode! Once a laundromat for sailors cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, this serene, light-filled space can host up to four guests with one queen bed & two-day beds in the living area.The units biggest attraction is its roof top porch that is covered in turf and has a dining room table, lounge chairs and string lights. Grab dinner, make some drinks and watch the sunset all from your own private porch.The living area is the perfect spot to brew your Casa Blanca coffee, lay back and enjoy life on the beach. As a professional property management firm, we ask that all guests read and agree to our rental agreement which will be sent after booking and can be found in the house rules.The Neighborhood:You are steps away from the best restaurants, shopping, bars, the beach, banks channel and pretty much anything else Wrightsville Beach has to offer! The deck is private and just for The Sunsetter!Getting Around:1 Town of Wrightsville Beach parking pass will be on the counter at check-in. Rules and regulations for parking will be on the back side of the pass.Paid parking is enforced from 03/01-10/31, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.Other Things to Note:We provide 1 (one) residential Wrightsville Beach parking pass during your stay. The pass is valid at many parking spots around the island, a parking map will be provided to show some of the most convenient spots. The unit does not have assigned parking.Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.Interaction with Guests:We are right around the corner if you need anything.
