Newly renovated and staged by local super-hosts, come enjoy the sounds of the shore on this cozy front porch! Great spot for family & friends to stay! -Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer: fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants , eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC AquariumThe Space:-Full kitchen well stocked with all the basics: coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes and appliances: fridge, stove, microwave - Living area including flat screen smart tv -2 bedrooms with King sized bed and two single beds-Outdoor shower area is available for your use to wash away the sand. Please note it is shared with the other units for everyone's convenience and located on the left side of the home. We also supply the following for each property:A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stayGuest Access:Private assigned parking, and then head up the stairs on the left to your own private porch and 2 bedroom condo.The Neighborhood:2 blocks from the public beach access, 3 blocks to downtown Kure beach, restaurants, and the pier. A few minutes drive to CB, Fort Fisher, the Aquarium, and the Southport Ferry.Getting Around:- Free parking on premises, please park where your space is designated -Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations. -Uber cars and taxi's are also availableOther Things to Note:Parking available for two vehiclesInteraction with Guests:We are available via Airbnb messenger, calls, or texting
