Located steps from the beach and the boardwalk, our fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Within easy walking distance are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. (Our local favorites include Britt's Donuts, Shuckin' Shack, and Michaelangelos Pizza.) Watch the nearby Thursday Night Firework Show from our landing.When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and ocean views from kitchen and living room. We feature a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, and plenty of cooking implements. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a long, comfortable couch, side chairs, and a Smart TV for you to watch your favorite Netflix shows. There is also a DVD player with an assortment of movies to choose from.The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers, new smart TV, and plenty of drawers for you to put your belongings in. Our full en suite bathroom means you don't have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out on the boardwalk. Linens, extra blankets and basic towels (not beach towels) provided. Also, leave the bulky hairdryer at home–we have provided one for you. The second bedroom is located at the opposite end from master bedroom and features a full-size bed, a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, a new smart TV and DVD player. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet to store belongings. Linens and extra blankets provided.The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower and is easily accessible from anywhere in the condo.Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds, and salt-laced breeze from the ocean.Our full size washer and dryer is located inside a closet near the front door, making it easy to toss your wet towels and swimsuits from the beach/pool to dry. If you prefer a quick dip, the onsite community pool is beautifully maintained with plenty of chaise lounges and an outdoor shower. The unit comes with one included parking spot. You'll never have to worry about losing a key!The unit has central A/C, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and local phone service. We offer three beach umbrellas and a beach cart at no additional cost.• Swimming pool is closed from Nov 1st to May 1st each year.• New ceiling fan in master bedroom. Installed 3/21/2021.• New smart TV’s in master and second bedroom installed 3/24/2021.• New DVD installed in second bedroom 3/24/2021.• This is a third floor unit accessed only by stairs.• Pets are NOT allowed per the HOA. Bringing a pet will result in the loss of your security deposit and any rent paid.• No smoking allowed inside the unit.
