Walls of windows on both levels bring that million-dollar view to almost every room. The home features two expansive decks, one open & one covered for tons of outdoor entertaining. The flat lakefront yard includes a stone firepit for roasting hot dogs or making delicious s’mores on cool evenings. Blacktop roads and a large, circle driveway for all your family and guests gives this property an A+ when it comes to access and parking. The large concrete dock is incredible and includes a 12x36 boat slip and an additional 10x28 slip for guests to bring up to two boats. An oversized swim deck, two covered pwc lifts, a sound system, small refrigerator, dive platform and dock ladder guarantee some serious fun on the water! Located near the 4 Mile marker on the beautiful North Shore, close to shopping at historic Bagnell Dam and close to restaurants both on and off the lake, this vacation home is the perfect choice for a fun filled summer getaway! More Details:Located on the lower level, the private master bedroom boasts a beautiful king bed, smart TV, custom built-in lighted make up vanity and sliding glass doors leading directly onto the lower deck and bringing in that beautiful lake view. The newly remodeled master bathroom includes an oversized walk-in shower with a dual sink vanity. Also on the lower level you will find a sunny sitting room with a futon style sleeper sofa, a pub table with barstools and two extra refrigerators to keep beverages cold and easily accessible from the lower deck entertainment area. On the main floor living area you will enjoy the wall of windows looking out over a beautiful deep-water cove and beyond to the majestic main channel. Living room has brand new furniture and a smart TV for catching a movie after a fun day on the lake. Enjoy the view while preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and dining at a table for six expandable with a leaf to accommodate even more. The eat-in kitchen also includes additional seating around the peninsula style breakfast counter. The first guest bedroom on this level includes a queen bed, skylight, large closet and a smart TV with Spectrum Cable as the primary channel provider. Guests may also connect to Netflix and other services using their personal account information. At the end of the hall guests will find a bunk room with two double bunk beds. A great space for all the kids, but comfortable enough for adults as well!This home also includes WiFi, Washer & Dryer, iron & ironing board and a fully stocked kitchen.
