The living room and bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV for those needing a break from the sun or to unwind at night. The kitchen provides all the comforts of home to cook. Pecan Point is located on the north shore of the 5 mile-marker down a private road and offers seclusion, yet is only 15 minutes from the famous Bagnell Dam Strip and all Lake Ozark and Osage Beach has to offer. The nearby Village Marina offers boat and waverunner rentals and the Boathouse Lakeside Bar and Grill is a popular lakeside destination 10 minutes away by car. Outdoor space is plentiful including a large deck with grill and umbrella, Smart TV, and a newly upgraded dock complete table and chairs and a diving board. It's always fun to end your day and watch the sunset with a fire and s'mores in the the fire pit.
