There is lake access at the 5 - mile marker of the Gravois Arm in this peaceful cove. You'll be a short drive from the Bagnell Dam and many of our popular restaurants and attractions we have here at the Lake of The Ozarks. The dock is available for guests to use for swimming or lounging, and space for a 25ft. boat. There is space available for 2 PWC, and a Kayak for guest use.--ABOUT THE HOME--Master Bedroom | King Bed | Upper Level--TV--Private Half BathroomBedroom 2 | Twin/Full Bunk Bed | Upper LevelFull Bathroom | Walk-In Shower | Lower LevelThere is a full size futon available in the living room as well. Kitchen & DiningThe primary kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee pot, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you'll need for on-site cooking. The dining area provides seating for 5 guests and there is additional seating outside on the deck. There is a propane BBQ grill and a propane griddle available for guests outside on the patio.Living Room--Couch/Chair Seating --Full Futon--Flatscreen TV--Lake View--Patio AccessOutdoor SpacesIn addition to the main deck just off the lower level, there is a gravel area with a wood firepit that is great for roasting s'mores, playing cornhole or just visiting with friends and family (we even provide the cornhole game for you!) There is also a waterfront "martini" deck that has steps for swimming and two PWC platforms. The boat dock is available for fishing or hanging out, there is space available for a 25ft. boat in the slip. There are propane firepits available for guest use.
