Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. A laundry room with a full front load washer and dryer is also on this level. An iron and ironing board is provided. Outside the family room, you find a huge wrap around deck with a Hot Springs Hot Tub.Our home is 5-bedroom home but can be rented as a 3 bedroom.
