No parking in the garage.ClEANING FEE: $399.We openly share & clearly post our cleaning fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. For an additional fee, you can have extra cleaning during your stay and food delivered before your stay for a fee. 48h notice required in most cases. QUIET POLICYPlease note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet gated community.Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.PETSWe WELCOME dogs, so please let us know. There is a $200 non-refundable per pet fee with a limit of 1 dog per booking party. Guests will be responsible for any pet related damages.EARLY CHECK IN AND/OR LATE CHECK OUTMay be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations.
