An additional sleeping area downstairs with a butler kitchen and Queen Murphy Bed make this a truly unique home.The main level of this home features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, Playstation and a wood burning fireplace. It also boasts a large dining room with ample seating and a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, dining wear, and a Kuerig Coffee Pot. Around the corner from the kitchen is the laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer. Off the main floor, there is a spacious back deck with beautiful forest views and a small creek running beside the house. There is even a wood burning fireplace outside and a propane grill, perfect for cool mountain evenings. Three bedrooms sit on the main level of this home. The first bedroom contains a King Bed and private Bath. A second bedroom sleeps 2 on dual Full Bunk Beds and a third Queen Bedroom complete the main level. Between these two bedrooms is an additional bathroom. Downstairs, you will find an additional living area with a sectional couch and flat screen TV, dart board. Also featured on this level is a King Bedroom with beautiful stone shower and access to the second deck is with additional outdoor entertainment space.
