It is only 3 miles from downtown Cashiers and 4 miles to Panthertown Valley, which is known as “the Yosemite of the East”, offering tons of hiking and biking trails with a 6,700 acre tract, it is revered by many outdoor enthusiasts.This 3 bedroom home offers a master with King bed and private bathroom, a queen sized guest room, and a bunk room with 4 queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and family meals and each tv is equipped with Apple TV.The best part about the house is the gorgeous property with mountain views. It is typical to see wildlife while sitting on the back deck and the changing of the seasons brings new views almost constantly. The fire pit in the front is a huge hit and the perfect place to cozy up with friends and family.The driveway is paved and can easily fit 3-4 cars.- No smoking in the house. - No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains! Things to know:- Cell service: Connecting to the house wifi for calls will be necessary.Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company. This house is pet friendly, with a one time additional fee of $150. Maximum of 2 pets, dogs are the only pets permitted. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas) at any time. Pets that are left unattended must be crated. Any damages will be charged to the card on file. Owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. No food or water is to be left outside; this will attract unwanted wildlife. Pets must be potty trained.
