The modern kitchen boasts an island with seating, an induction cooktop, and top-of-the-line Bosch oven and microwave. Stay connected with high-speed internet, and enjoy entertainment on LED TVs in both the living room and bedroom.Conveniently situated, the location grants easy access to the Cashiers Recreation Center and Cashiers Library. You'll find the Village Green just a stone's throw away, hosting delightful Friday concerts during the Summer.Please note that there are two rentals on the property, sharing access to the parking area, garden, gazebo, grill, and pond.Lastly, while there are exterior cameras installed, we assure you that they are not positioned to record the interior of the home. Your privacy within the house is fully respected.Enjoy a memorable stay at The Retreat On Cashiers Pond, where historic allure and modern elegance blend seamlessly. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
