There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level. The main living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room table for 8, powder bath and a mud room with a washer and dryer. This level also features a deck with a grill, outdoor dining table with seating for 10+ and a wood burning fireplace with panoramic views of the Trillium Golf Course.The lower level offers another full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a family room with comfy couches, TV and a gas fireplace. Another master suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom is located at this level and a queen bed bedroom with its own bathroom. A second laundry room with full size washer and dryer is on a lower level as well as another large deck with outside dining table for 6, and a seating area with outdoor couch and lounge chairs. The upper level has 2 identical rooms with a bunk bed and a trundle bed each (each room can sleep up to 4) and each one has its own bathroom. Between the rooms is a loft with a sleeper sofa and entertainment center with TV.Pack and play and high chair are also available per request.SLEEPING FEATURES:All beds have brand new mattresses, pillows and bedding as of October 2020.ENTERTAINMENT:House is located inside Trillium Links and Lake Club. Weekly or daily membership fees are paid directly to the club and vary based on season. Winter Amenities include: indoor tennis, fitness center, and sauna; Summer Amenities include the winter amenities plus golf, outdoor tennis, heated pool, hot tub, massage services by appointment, marina with boats for rent, kayak, paddle board rentals, hiking trail, chapel, and croquet. There is a full-service fine dining restaurant with amazing mountain and lake views as well as a lake front casual restaurant on property.
