Two Bedroom Cottage Tucked In The Woods of Cashiers, NC - Forest Cottage Located conveniently between Cashiers and Glenville with easy access from Hwy 107, this 3 level, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cottage is nestled in the quiet mountain woods. On the main level, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, and seating at the bar; the dining area seats 6. Relax in the living room watching TV with an expanded DirecTV package or enjoying the wood burning fireplace. There is a half bathroom on the main level. From the dining area, access the screened back porch which includes an outdoor dining table, comfortable seating, and a large Big Green Egg for grilling. Up the stairs to the loft above the main level, you will find the first bedroom with a king bed, large TV with DirecTV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the stairs to the lower level is the second bedroom with a king bed (also with DirecTV), closet, and a full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The lower level also hosts a second living area with TV with DirecTV and a sleeper sofa. The laundry room is located on the lower level. A lower patio with lounge chairs is accessible from both the lower level living area and bedroom; the lower patio and a portion of the backyard are fenced in to accommodate four-legged guests (HOA rules do not allow them to be left unattended outside). *Please note that there are security cameras around the exterior of this property; however, none are positioned in a way that they could record the interior of the home.*The reservation includes a pet fee by default. If you are not traveling with a pet, please inform us, and we will remove the pet fee after you book.Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
