This family and Pet-Friendly Duplex Home offers a reverse floor plan with an open living area. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: 2 Bedrooms with King Bed, 1 with two Twin Beds. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat and ceiling fans. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Four cable TVs. Washer/dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers four covered decks and a rooftop deck. Private hot/cold outdoor shower and gas grill. Parking for three vehicles (two covered spaces). Additional Amenities include complimentary pool privileges at the *Anchorage Inn Waterfront Pool. The non-heated pool is open seasonally, generally April through October. **Guests may reserve a Boat Slip at the Anchorage Marina for one boat (up to 25 feet). The boat slip fee is $100 (plus tax). Please indicate in your reservation if you will be adding the optional boat slip. Instructions will be provided to confirm your boat slip with the Anchorage Marina. Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 Pets.
