Welcome to the M3 Ranch, a working cattle ranch with a gorgeous newly renovated cottage, the perfect place for a relaxing and romantic getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail sitting on the front porch listening to and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Pigeon River and Smoky Mountains. Take a short stroll down to your private river access. In the evening enjoy the fire-pit, make s’mores, or dinner on the charcoal grill. Activities abound year-round, hiking, fishing, tubing & rafting in spring, summer and autumn with snow skiing in the winter. If you are looking for outings, Asheville, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Bryson City and Cherokee are just a short drive. All the rooms in the private cottage have mountain views. The newly completed top-to-bottom renovation includes gas fireplace, luxurious bathroom with dual shower heads & jetted soaking tub. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and ample closet. The additional room has a futon, dressing table and wardrobe rack. All new appliances in the spacious kitchen and open dining room. We offer free wi-fi, washer & dryer, Roku live television, AC & heat. The M3 Ranch hopes to see you soon!
