The ground level features a game room with pool table, wet bar with mini-fridge, one bedroom with a pyramid bunk, and a full bath (also accessible from the outside pool area). The mid level features four bedrooms. There are two king master suites with private baths and TVs. There is also a queen bedroom with a TV that has a semi-private bath shared with the queen bedroom across the hall. Each bedroom has direct access to the shaded wrap-around deck and bubbly hot tub. The top level great room features beautiful views of the sound. Also on this level is another king master suite with private bath and TV. Step up to the ship's watch framed in windows on three sides to enjoy beautiful ocean to sound views. You'll love being able to surf indoors with the wireless high speed internet access. With so much to offer, SEA SPRAY is sure to be a family favorite. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.) *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void.
