This superb ocean-side house is an easy walk from the ocean, located on a quiet street with direct beach access. It has a very inviting pool, a brand-new seven-person hot tub, and an outside shower. This home features horseshoe pits and two cruiser bicycles to enjoy! The first floor has a game room with a mini-fridge, a pool table, a TV, laundry facilities, and deck access to the pool and hot tub. This floor also includes a full bath with semi-private access to a bedroom, which consists of deck. On the second floor, the guest bedroom also has deck access. The third bedroom has two bunks and a TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a full bath and deck access. The bedrooms all have TVs.he third-floor living level is open with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and decks providing sound and ocean views. It also includes a spacious dining area, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and a sectional. The beautiful, updated kitchen provides everything you need, including a breakfast bar. House of the Rising Sun is within walking distance of REAL Watersports for all kiteboarding enthusiasts and local restaurants and bars.Things to KnowThe pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October.You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
