Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the sound. Arrive knowing your beds will be made with professionally laundered linens. To reduce some of the notorious traffic jams coming and going from the island on Saturday, the home rents Sunday to Sunday. First level features three bedrooms - one MBR, one queen, one twin, a full size bathroom and a utility room with washer/dryer. Each of these bedrooms enjoy access to a covered deck. Upstairs includes an additional MBR, great room, with dining area, and a well stocked kitchen. New kitchen appliances and bed mattresses added in 2016.On the first floor, enjoy watching the sunset in a new 7 person hot tub. Outside you'll find a large shower with hot and cold water, and in-ground grill.All four bedrooms and great room have TVs, Direct TV, and two have DVD players. A high chair, Pack N Play, ironing board and iron can be found in the utility room.Enjoy fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking and bird watching. Bring your own equipment, or rent from nearby surf shopsFREE Wireless Internet service is available.
