On level two, four bedrooms open to decks, including the two primary bedrooms. The media room has a 60-inch smart TV and laundry room and is also located on this floor. The spacious and gracious third-level great room has cathedral ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and a stunning living area centered around an entertainment center with a 60-inch smart TV and gas fireplace. Bring your best recipes to this all-star kitchen with a breakfast bar, upscale appliances, and top-of-the-line equipment. Join guests in the large dining area with stunning views. A guest bedroom has a bathroom with a jetted tub and a tile shower and opens to a deck. Plenty of wide sundecks on every level offer quiet spots for everyone. Whether you seek family fun or fishing fantasies, never-ending pleasures await at 7 Day Weekend.Things to KnowThe pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October.You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
