Sit on the large balcony and watch sunsets or the kiteboarders soaring through the air, or through the 10-foot sliding glass doors! The living room has vaulted ceilings plus a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a King bed, plus one bedroom with 2 Twins, and the other 1 King. Southern Tide offers great views and peace and tranquility at the top of Rodanthe Sunset Retreat! Amenities include a soundfront pool, dock, large kiteboarding area, ground-level storage, BBQ grilling area, covered parking, and elevator access. The beach is a short walk - 500 yards. No DVD. Beds made, washer/dryer, WiFi. Roku Smart TV. Keurig Coffee maker added. Dogs allowed with a fee. The fireplace is open from November to March ***Hot Tub pictured is closed until the 2025 rental season******The elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and not guaranteed.
