Slow down and relax, you're at BRIGHTWATERS, just 4 lots from the ocean. Brightly colored walls, blonde-wood wainscoting and trim, spacious rooms, and lots of windows keep the mood light, bright and relaxed. A covered, weather-proof entry leads to 2 downstairs bedrooms that share a bath. On the second floor is a master bedroom with its own bath. This bedroom opens onto a deck with a view of the ocean. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a bath; one of them opens onto the deck with ocean views. Upstairs is an open living and kitchen area with a deck and ocean view. It's an easy walk to the famous Rodanthe surf breaks, convenience stores and tackle shops, and the Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station.Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void.
