The Sea Dunes community boasts semi-oceanfront unobstructed views, thanks to no structures across Highway 12.Experience resort vacationing as a guest at Sea Dunes. Take advantage of the many amenities included in your rental. Some of these include a community pool and hot tub, tennis, basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts. Additionally, enjoy the clubhouse with its racquetball court, pool and air hockey tables and a fitness center.Your 2-story townhome provides comfortable, spacious accommodations for a party of 6. The King En Suite is a lovely oasis with a King bed and private bath. A Queen bedroom and 2 Twin bedroom share an additional full bath. The great room provides plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV to enjoy a favorite show or movie together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a wonderful meal or a simple snack. The dining table seats 6, though you may also want to dine al fresco at the community gazebo.Sea Dunes carefree lifestyle is a perfect choice for your family's Outer Banks adventure.This property has 3 parking spots for guests.Guests are permitted access to the garage.**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.Check-Out is 10am.
