Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a fenced-in private pool area, covered 8-person hot tub area, outdoor shower, carport and driveway for up to 3 vehicles, fish cleaning station, corn hole, and charcoal grill. As you enter the home, you are greeted with a game room that is furnished with couches, a foosball table, an XBOX 360 with games, a Smart TV, DVDs, books, board games, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. Make your way across the hall to a convenient full bathroom.Mid Level: From the game room staircase you will make your way up to the mid level which offers you 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a covered deck. Bedroom # 1 is a Queen bedroom with an attached private full bath and access to the partially covered deck with a large hammock and two-person swing. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a King bed and also has access to the partially covered deck. Bedroom #3 has a Twin bunk bed and 2 Twin beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.Top Floor: The top floor features a well-appointed kitchen, a main living area, a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a Captain's Watch area. The living area includes a 46" widescreen TV with streaming services provided, a sectional sofa, and access to a half bathroom. The living room also has access to a sun deck with a stainless steel gas grill. A screened porch is also connected to the sun deck with additional seating and a swinging chair. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 2. The dining area has room for the entire family to gather with a table seating 8. Bedroom #4 is located directly off the living area and has a King bed and an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the staircase landing. From the landing is a Captain's Watch reading area for two, a quiet peaceful getaway with an ocean view.Extras: Private Pool, Hot Tub, 6 Flat Screen Smart TVs, DVD player, WiFi, Keurig and traditional coffee pot, wet bar, foosball table, corn hole, gas grill, books, board games, outdoor shower, sun deck, covered deck, and deck furniture.
