This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-inThe following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
