Enjoy the privacy of your private solar-heated pool with a hot tub located on the gated pool deck for safety. You'll find a TV with a DVD player, stereo, and a double sofa bed in the open great room. Choose something from the video library and host a movie night. Step out to the top-level decks through a sliding glass door to enjoy some Corolla sea breezes. You also have access to a screened porch off the kitchen, which is complete with Corian countertops, a kitchen bar, and a dining table.Two lovely primary bedrooms boast deck access; all bedrooms have TVs with DVD players. Added perks include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to ensure the hot tub is available.You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
