Whether on the water or just watching the breathtaking sunsets from the porch or hot tub, this is a place to truly unwind .The space:As you step inside, you'll enter to fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and plenty of prep space. You'll have everything you need to prepare meals you can eat inside on at the dining table overlooking the patio, or take them out on the upstairs patio. The living area was designed for cozy comfort and conversation.For those wanting a spot to park your boat, there dock is just steps away with an 8000 boat lift. (For information about nearby boat rentals, see guidebook).As the evening approaches, gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and share stories under the starry sky.Highlights:• Fully equipped kitchen (with coffee bar and variety of pods, cream and sugar)• 3 smart-TVs• 4 car parking on-site• 2 full bathrooms• Keyless entry with unique code• Great WIFI and lots of charging stations• Game table with selection of board games• Downstairs game room with bar area and separate refrigerator• Hot tub on porch downstairs overlooking the lake• Quiet, secluded spot• Did we mention the starry sky?Please keep in mind:• The backyard is sloped and fairly steep. Please use the steps to walk down to the lake• The main road to the house is gravel and you should take care coming into the driveway as it is a steep turn downward• 2 rooms have queen beds. The game room has a queen sized murphy bed and the sofa bed (these are in the same room)• All mattresses are new. Bedding for the downstairs beds is in the cabinet downstairs. Extra bedding supplies are in the master bedroom closet.• New gas grill outside (please clean with wire brush after use)• House has A/C and Heating• Washer and Dryer are downstairsLake Norman offers a multitude of recreational activities. Whether you're into fishing, boating, or simply lounging on the lakeside, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
