When the days heat up, everyone can choose their own favorite activities in the community by heading to the shared pool, tennis courts, or the clubhouse! Not to mention, the full kitchen is More than ready to assist in preparing tasty meals with all of the utensils and major appliances of home. Whether you are chilling in the shared pool, fishing in the sound, boating, or hiking along the various trails in the area, you will have no lack of beautiful scenery. When you want to venture out and grab a few groceries or grab a bite to eat, visit Spencer Lake Grocery, just 9 miles away. And while you're there, check out Olympic Bakery & Deli for great coffee and delicious baked goods. The firepit is shared and located on the spit for everyone to enjoyPlease note that the Clubhouse amenities are currently closed due to local rules and regulations.This home has a strict No Party Policy, with quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM each day and a strict maximum occupancy of eight (8) guests at all times of the day.Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Hartstene Pointe, i.e. no smoking once you've entered through the Hartstene Pointe gate. This includes the beaches and at the rental.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Dock details: There is a dock in the lagoon, a 1/4 mile SE. The lagoon is a great area for kayaking and paddle boarding. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
