Bedroom 3 also boasts a retractable stand-up office desk with a large monitor, perfect for remote work or video calls. Additionally, a ground-floor storage closet provides beach amenities for your convenience.Indulge in resort-style amenities including park charcoal grills, a sound side pier with a gazebo for fishing or relaxation, and the option to bring or rent kayaks for an unforgettable sound-front experience. Plus, enjoy access to an additional sound side pool with hot tub, heated and open year-round for your enjoyment.Parking is available for 2-3 cars underneath the property on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking passes provided inside the condo.
