Complex has pool, grilling areas, tennis court with pickleball nets and public beach access is directly across street. No elevator but view is worth the 3 flights! 2 KING bedrooms and 3rd BR has accordion doors with trundle bed. Kitchen and back BR freshly painted and updated. Kitchen freshly painted with granite. There is bar seating with 3 bar stools. Balcony has table for 4 and 2 additional tall chairs for 6 to sit. There is a table with a chair for working in the main room and also in the master bedroom. The chair is in the closet.
