Main Floor - The main floor includes a large outdoor deck, kitchen/den/dining combination as well as a spacious living room, all overlooking Robert Lake Park, the Bill Wilde Youth Center, and tennis courts. Top Floor - Upstairs, the master ensuite comes complete with jacuzzi tub and separate sitting area. 3 other bedrooms share 2 full baths with 2 bedrooms featuring built in vanity sinks to alleviate the 'toothbrushing rush'. Enjoy mountain views and the sounds of nearby Flat Creek from the spacious 300 square foot upper screened porch or lower open deck. Located within walking distance to all of the Montreat attractions and inside the Conference Center area, Park Place is less than a 5 minute walk to Lake Susan, 5 minute drive to Black Mountain, and 20 minute drive to Asheville.
