Enjoy friendly competitions on the basketball and pickleball sport court, or test your putting skills on the professionally installed four-hole turf putt putt course. The giant game room is a paradise for gamers, with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and arcade games, while the speakeasy-themed lounge is perfect for a game of poker on the 10-person table. Movie buffs will love the home theater room with a 135" projector screen with surround sound, providing an immersive movie-watching experience. With 13 smart TVs throughout the property, you won’t have to go far to stream the latest shows or cheer on your favorite sports team. The main floor also includes a large dining area, fully equipped kitchen and pantry, outdoor patio dining with a Traeger grill, and a spacious double living room with a coffee and reading area that can also serve as a home office.Downstairs, you'll find a speakeasy-themed lounge, a home gym, and a ping pong room with an indoor/outdoor workout experience through an insulated glass garage door.
