Central heat and air, high end kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, dual ovens and 6 burner gas stove, built-in grill), washer/dryer, 6 cable TV's, DVD players, wireless internet, surround sound system throughout house and on boat dock, hot tub, den on 2nd floor. Basement game room with TV/DVD, foosball and bumper pool tables. Other amenities include vaulted ceilings, screened outdoor living area with gas fireplace, enclosed outside shower with dressing area and garage. Private dock on waterway. Floating dock for boat up to 30ft. and ramp access 500 ft from dock. Within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and beach access. This is a NON-SMOKING home and NO pets are allowed. Cleaning is included!
