There is a shared driveway with the property owners who reside in the 75-year-old farmhouse they are remodeling on the same property.The guesthouse, painted in a vibrant cobalt blue, is designed to accommodate guests. The studio features an independent entrance, allowing guests to enter and exit with limited interactions with the property owners, who reside on the premises. Nevertheless, you might have the opportunity to cross paths with Mer-Sea, the friendly dog, during his strolls.
