Come enjoy our home away from home!PROPERTY DETAILSBeautifully remodeled home with private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), all the amenities, and only a two minute walk to the best beach access. Every aspect of this house has been thoughtfully remodeled. Fully stocked kitchen, all new linens and towels, new comfy mattresses, and decor that will make you want to relax and unwind.After a day on the beach, enjoy the screened porch, lounge by the salt water pool, or read a book on one of the many decks. The top deck is the perfect place to watch the beautiful OIB sunrises and sunsets. You will find everything from beach chairs (6 included), umbrellas, beach toys, and pool floats to enjoy. The house can sleep up to 12 with 10 being most comfortable. It has four bedrooms, two sleeper sofas, 2 full baths, and an outdoor shower and half bath by the pool. Additionally, to make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a charcoal grill for all of your barbecuing needs. Pets are not permitted at this property.Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30.Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach property.This property does not include an Elevator.Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICYYou may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price.
