Come relax at Ocean Isle Beach and let the pure salt air work its magic. This cozy house is located on a deep water concrete canal, our home features a floating dock with easy access to the Intracostal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. This home is perfect for boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking or jet-skiing. Beach lovers will find the beach access just a quick walk near the end of the street.This 3 bedroom house has a large family room with bedrooms on both sides. The entire back half of the house has views of the canal. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the kids room has 2 twins. The bathroom is located between each of the bedrooms and the Master has it's own bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped for all your chef needs.There is plenty of parking under the house - enough room for boat trailer plus one car. Outside shower and fish cleaning sink on dock. You can enjoy the calming sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from rockers on the back porch, as you relax and forget about the stresses you left behind at home.Our home is a smoke free environment and no pets are allowed. Sorry for any inconviences.Please Note : Sheets, Towels and Paper Products are Not Provided.
