All this home needs now is you!The main level features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room offering lots of windows to let in an abundance of natural light and breathtaking views of the ocean. The newly fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large center island with additional seating and new countertops and lighting. The kitchen amenities include a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. Also on this level are two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds in one and two full beds in the other.Upstairs you will find the tastefully re-decorated master suite which has a king bed and offers gorgeous ocean views from the sliding glass door as well as access to the upper deck with new deck furniture. The street-side bedrooms include one room with a queen bed and another featuring 2 sets of bunk beds, full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top- perfect for kids!The oceanside of the house offers expansive multi-level decking for lounging, dining and catching that breathtaking sunrise and sunset! Your own private walkway takes you directly to the beach for hours of fun in the sun. This home is equipped with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so make sure to grab them from the storage unit on your way down there!After you've had your fill of the beach, head back up to the house to enjoy your own private pool! There's more than enough deck space for soaking up the sun in one of the many lounge chairs and nothing beats a cool dip to help you relax. Convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before entering the pool or house. With its white sand beaches and blue Atlantic waters, Ocean Isle is the perfect vacation destination! Named one of “10 Incredible Phenomena You Have to See in Fall” by Weather dot com, beginning in late fall, the east-west orientation of the Brunswick Islands means that you can sit on the beach and watch both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean without having to move your beach chair!PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kindNO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premiseNO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premisePlease note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking. Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers. *Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
