OIB water front home with dock! Walking distance to beach, park and restaurants! Welcome to our OIB retreat! Our home is right on the canal with easy access to the intracoastal waterway and beautiful water views! We have a gated backyard to keep any children safely from the water. The outdoor tiki bar is perfect for your stay to gather and spend time outside by the water. Outdoor shower is available next to the bar. Beach access is just up the street to the left, and the newly updated town center park is a must for your trip, especially with kids! Friday night concerts within ear shot to enjoy on the back deck or just a walk up the street! Take a walk to some of the restaurants on the island, or take the paddle board on over. Two bedrooms are downstairs and three are upstairs including the designated bunkbed room. We also have two living rooms with smart TVs, so everyone has space to relax. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv and their own full size bathroom. Half bath is located off of the kitchen, next to washer & dryer. Full sized appliances and basic kitchen tools for cooking are available for your use. Linens & towels are NOT provided. Comforters and pillows are on each bed. You must provide your own linens.
