Amazing family location w/ water views on the best street in town for walking the dog and riding bikes with the family! Nelson Ave park next door that features playground, pickleball, basketball court, and large field. Boardwalk icecream shop with bike rental right around the corner. Rental is on sought after West Ave minutes from Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and the islands best restaurants including the Black Whale, Bird & Betties, and Parker’s Garage. Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club neighborhood! The house can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children. The house is clean, updated, and has a full kitchen with water filtration and brand new ductless air. Great large fenced in outdoor space with hot tub, grill, table with sink, outdoor shower, outdoor heater, laundry machine, commercial ice machine, and a half bath! The outdoor space, ice machine, and 1/2 bath is shared, but we do our best to give you privacy! Location is perfect with the beach on Leeward 2 short blocks away and the Bay right across the street! The heart of town is a short bike ride away! Hot tub, grill, outside space and shower is all you need to hang out in between going to beach and waiting for the sunset!We have 24 reviews on Air B n b with 4.96 stars.
