Prepare your fresh catch in the full kitchen then serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for eight. In addition to everything that's available at this home, you can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool during your stay.THINGS TO KNOWThis rental is only for the first level of a duplex. The upper level is not available to guests. The pool, dock, and exterior areas are considered shared spaces.Please check for dock availability.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Dock details: 30 ft dock/ 18 ft metal ramp/ 20’ x 12’ floating dock with metal cleats and space to park a boat trailer at the home2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
