This well-maintained condo features wireless internet access, ceiling fans, an over-sized sectional couch, tile flooring throughout, a large kitchen table with seating for six, and a Carolina room with table and comfortable chairs. Both the Carolina room and the covered porch have fantastic views of the ocean.An additional patio on ground level with furniture is a bonus for relaxing after a day at the beach! This vacation rental offers free fitness center access to Cape Fear Fitness for up to four guests per day starting in 2022. Available for off season monthly rentals.The living room fireplace is not available for guest use.The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
