Sun-lit living area offers a coffee bar and smart TV and opens to dining/kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with stackable washer/dyer, WiFi, and the screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of joe.Complex grounds include courtyard, picnic areas, and community pool with hot tub.You will have exclusive access to the condo unit. The pool, hot tub and outdoor grilling area are shared by the community. Guests can park anywhere in the parking lot.
