The only hard part is deciding if you should go to the beach, go kayaking or hit the BHI club for a quick bite and swim in the new water park, maybe everything! Driving around the island will be a breeze also with 2, 4 passenger carts, enough room for all!You don’t have to leave the property to have fun. Marsh Mellow is part of the TimberCreek development with a saltwater pool within easy walking distance. You can also fish off the large dock or just relax on the porch and enjoy the beautiful views overlooking Bald Head Creek, you have so many options at Marsh Mellow. Open the door & when you walk to the right there will be the kitchen, then the living area with the screened in porch. Bedroom 3 will be on the left when you walk in, then bedroom 2 with bathroom across the hall on right. Then at the end of the hall is bedroom 1. The screened in porch that leads out of the master also connects to another door in the dining room. Under the unit is a carport area where the grill, golf carts, & other items are.
