This light-filled 3.5 bath Maritime Forest home, nestled on the Bald Head Island Club's 11th hole, features sweeping golf course views from both inside and out. Relax on the private back deck with a dining porch or nap to cicada serenades while swinging in the front screened porch. Don’t forget to bring your best friend, too, because No Probllama is pet-friendly!Inside, a wall of windows-bringing the outdoors in-is what grabs you when you enter. The beautiful hardwoods lead you into the bright, spacious open living area featuring comfy couches and local coastal art. Tucked into a two-sided windowed corner is the roomy dining banquette. Beyond, the oversize granite breakfast bar (seating six) and kitchen island leads to the updated coquina that features granite counters, a new fridge, a convenient pantry, and plenty of prep space. The King Primary on this level boasts a new bed, built-ins and (behind a stylish barn door) a well-appointed ensuite.As you walk upstairs, note the carved fish details in the stair railing and enjoy the balcony overlooking the first floor. This level houses two more suites-each with its own bath. The first is a large Twin bedroom and the second is a more private Queen. On the third floor you’ll be treated to awesome views as well as the perfect kids’ space with two Twins and two trundle beds. All bedrooms provide flat screens and, of course, there is internet access throughout.No Probllama includes the use of two golf carts (one four-passenger and one six-passenger) as well as bikes and beach chairs. For a no-problem vacation, book No Probllama on Bald Head! An additional $300 nonrefundable pet fee is required for each guest dog.Remember, with Wendy Wilmot Properties there are no surprise "add-on" expenses. Plus, our homes' rental charges include cleaning fees, damage insurance and our Property Manager Assistance Line, available you'll appreciate if your air conditioning goes out on the weekend or you get a golf cart flat after 5 PM.IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties.
