We ask for you to only use what you need during your stay at our rental📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance- front door, backyard, and driveway for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refundParking: 3 Vehicles Max. Do not park in our grass. Vehicles can park in our driveway and on the public street only in front of our rental. 🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up. Our garbage day is Monday🏡 Quiet hours 7:30AM-10PM🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
